Officially starting in 2021, the NCAA Board of Governors will allow college athletes in all three divisions to profit from companies using their name, image and likeness to promote their brands and products. After years of advocating for the rights of student-athletes to receive compensation for the value they individually bring to colleges and universities, CLA is primed to help.
